When Keith Benedict first started growing vegetables, he had fewer than 20 acres, a handful of produce items and a small, roadside stand. He recognized the unwavering demand for fresh, local vegetables. Relying on old-fashioned hard work, determination and good instincts, Keith, along with his sons Derek, Dared and Denton, have established a true legacy in the world of premium vegetables.
